We're thrilled to announce that we're partnering up with one of our favorite restaurants in Chicago - Longman & Eagle - for a dinner pairing TONIGHT (wednesday May 11)!!

We're bringing Ed's Legs (American Farmhouse), Orange Sunshine (Citrus Saison), Fnord (Wit), Kallisti (Golden Ale) & a very rare showing of Cult of Sunshine (Citrus Saison aged with Brettanomyces). The wizards over at Longman & Eagle will be pairing some of their favorite dishes to them.

Beers are tapped at 5pm, dinner goes all night. Come join us for food and beer living together in sin, just like they were meant to.

And for you IBW acolytes living out in the suburbs, we'll be breaking in Standard Market Naperville's patio in proper style this Saturday from Noon until 5pm. Our head brewer Bucky will be there pouring Orange Sunshine, Ed's Legs & Hasselhopf (a complicated and hoppy crusher). You can get more info on the Standard Market event here.
