Fruit Slave & FNORD in 16oz Cans!
To make sure 2019 is the best year yet for beer in Chicago two things had to happen: our two flagship beers needed to be put in 4-packs of 16oz cans.
Fruit Slave hit the streets of Chicago yesterday and will continue to go out to the city and suburb accounts today through early next week.
We worked very hard to make sure that we had cans we were proud of and the best, brain washing juice to fill those cans up high. We're prettay sure we nailed it on both fronts.
And, as if that isn't enough exciting news for one week, FNORD is being packaged today and will start to roll out to accounts next week!
Those of you who have been following us from the beginning know, FNORD was one of the first two beers that we released in 750mls back a few years ago (along with Kallisti... she'll see the light again someday we promise) and we've produced variations with her like Coffee FNORD and, most recently, Hand Made Grace.
FNORD is a beautiful, bright American Wheat Ale with spicy aromatics and balanced hop presence from Amarillo and Meridien hops. And the can art - featuring our friend Shiho, photography by Mr. King & a cookie made by my lovely wife AJ! - has been and remains one of our favorite labels to date.
We're thrilled to be bringing both of these beers to you, at long last, in 16oz 4-pack cans. You can expect to see at least one new 16oz can release from us every month moving through 2019. Up next... Spoonful of Sugar and Mugwump Brunch!
Here's to making 2019 full of prosperity, Love & decently prepared pasta for everyone!
