Wildwood Flowers LIVE & Fried Chicken This Sunday @ IBW!

Make sure to come out and join us on Sunday for our first in a series of Sunday afternoon live music showcases. THE AMERICANA MUSIC SERIES OF DEBAUCHERY kicks off with THE WILDWOOD FLOWERS this Sunday, playing from 4-6pm here at IBW Lodge #1.

The Wildwood Flowers are a Chicago trio playing Old Country and Bluegrass featuring a banjo player, a fiddler & a guitarist all sharing vocals.

And, to raise the stakes even higher for you discernible savages, Chicago Catering Company is going to be on site serving Cinnamon Fried Chicken & Waffles with Bourbon Syrup from 3pm until 7pm.

Come shake off the poor decisions from the night before with some great music and great food here at IBW Lodge #1.

Just a quick reminder that we've got our 2nd Annual MOCKTURTLEFEST TODAY!!!!!!!

We'll have our Moktoberfest marzen on tap, MOCKTURTLENECKS, as well as THE RON SMOLEN ORCHESTRA playing traditional German honk-honk music, IBW cooked brats and other traditional German food from CHICAGO CATERING KITCHEN and traditional German games and competitions to feed and/or wilt your fragile little ego (and win you beer). Wear some Fest gear or a mockturtle neck and we'll buy your first pint of Mockturtlenecks.

Live Music Tonight @ IBW Lodge #1, MockturtleFest & Other Upcoming Events

We've got a bunch of great events coming up over the next 10 days or so.

TONIGHT at 8pm we've got Robert Rolfe Feddersen playing some live original folk rock for your ear holes. Robert is kind of the house cat of breweries in the Midwest. This is his first night with us, but, if you've spent much time in breweries around Illinois, Michigan and Indiana, chances are you've seen him do his thing.

This is a free show and should be just about the perfect way to bring in the Fall.
NEXT THURSDAY we've got a real special night of strange marriages between man and machine. Day Glow Presents NIGHT BEAMS: AN EVENING OF MODULAR SYNTH JAMS featuring six local modular synth artists including A MILLION MILES AWAY, JOHN LOVETRON, OVC, ROBOTMANMACHINE, TH INC, UNIFIED FIELD. Make sure to come join us for this!

And then NEXT SATURDAY we've got our 2nd Annual MOCKTURTLEFEST!!!

IBW Lodge #1 Anniversary Party This Saturday, September 10th!

Hey, there! Just just a quick reminder that we'll be having our 1-year anniversary here at IBW LODGE #1 this Saturday September 10th from 2pm - 10pm.

We're going to have some carnival games that you can play for some pretty crummy prizes and some pretty dope prizes, a dunk tank so you can either humiliate yourself or humiliate Matty or Jason. We're even going to have beer! We've got some rare tappings and some fun one-offs Dave is working on for you all.

There's going to be some brain eating electronic "music" things going on after dark with accompaniment from the wonderful Hydrosonic Lightshow.

It should be a great time and we'd love to have you come and celebrate one year of fun-on-a-bun with us. And, if you wear a costume, we'll buy your first beer!
